Remove dependency on Google APIs for config page #46

Hi there, thanks for providing this nice add-on for homematic! I started using it a few days ago and it works nicely.

I just realized, that setting "Automatische Ausführung" for the refresh interval cannot be set, if the Google slider of ajax.googleapis.com is not available. (I use noscript and therefore my system variables were not updated as the update interval textfield was always empty) It would be great, if you could remove the dependency by either replacing the google slider or by allowing to set the interval via the text-field If you allow using the text field, the help-text contains an "s" too much. The text-field only stores an integer. "Standardwert: 15s (Ausführung alle 15 Sekunden)" Thanks a lot!
