Jmesa Table remembers Export when restore=tue #344

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. export a table using the export option
2. navigate away from the page 
3. navigate back to the page using the "restore=true" parameter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the table should be rendered with the old filters chosen but with out the file 
export popup
