Support `CODEOWNERS` files #115

Currently, CODEOWNERS doesn't have an icon:

It'd be nice to have one.

I would suggest making it look like the Lock-Shield icon that GitHub puts at the top of files, when you use CODEOWNERS in a GitHub repository:
