I'm not sure why this is still failing. It is (mistakenly) on the Byzortho list 6 times. urn:cite:hmt:byzortho.1607, urn:cite:hmt:byzortho.408, urn:cite:hmt:byzortho.444, urn:cite:hmt:byzortho.45, urn:cite:hmt:byzortho.521, urn:cite:hmt:byzortho.606
