To reprovision the VM, on a Windows machine: git checkout system/bootstrap.sh system.dotprofile git pull vagrant provision

Seems like an issue for docs, not for VM?

To clarify previous comment: I think detailed end-user documentation for hmt-vm should be handled in hmt-docs, not in isolation here as part of a vm2015 gh-pages branch.
