Manage scholia citation appropriately in two catalogs #173

Some validation wants to see scholia at level of whole scholion unit, some need to work with last citable node. Perhaps maintain two catalog of corpora citing the scholia differently, and use each corpus where needed.

Not convinced this is the right approach. We have functions for working with scholia at different levels of citation.
