Create class for second-tier analysis of classified tokens

• in constructori, accept a two-column input (CTS URN for token, CITE URN for class)
• include method to cycle through this and invoke appropriate classifier. This should result in:
  1. an ordered list of tokens with correct ORCA transformed string value
  2. some structure storing reference to any intermediate analyses (byzortho)

To make this practical, all HmtValidation implmeentaitons should have a signatue fo directly analyzing a single string token.
