Missing Link to Editor's Guide #29

Link to 2013 Editor's Guide is dead on this page: http://www.homermultitext.org/resources.html

Not sure why.

I suspect that the link to the editors guide was once in hmt-docs but since hmt-docs has been rearranged with the new website that has all been rearranged. I can put this link (http://shot.holycross.edu/chssummer2013/housestyle/HMTstyle-preview.pdf) in temporarily, but I don't know if we want to have it going external to homermultitext.org.
