create an control interface for Philips Hue light bulbs.

where to implement this?

backend may be hosted on a foreign server and my not have access to the local hue bridge (if not NAT'ed and made accessible through a DynDNS)
directly in the frontend code

maybe we can add "third party" sensors which are not made for the hue system
