Investigating speaker volume, adding additional speakers #10

We found that the base speakers are not very loud. Probably, the head display speakers are not very loud either. We need to investigate this, then look at mounting additional speakers if necessary. We have enough power up there (even some 5 watt usb power speakers hanging off the xavier is probably fine).

@podshara: please track the audio device configuration in the appropriate path under uw_fetch_bringup/config.

We want a single cable solution that can work with either Xavier or the Fetch, so I looked for small USB speakers that could conceivably fit in the chest cavity or on the head above the display. Ordered these two through UW:
