Robot development is going to increase once we turn to manipulation milestones. We need some shell macros to at least handle

developer machine ROS env vars
dev machine prompt tweaks to note active robot
auto generating tmux sessions on robot login
SSH key gen and exchange between Xavier and astro

We can base this off of villa_tools. It may make sense to catkinize it a la fetch_tools
