SIGN IN button on info screen (but I am signed in) #1276

Steps to reproduce the problem
1.log into web UI 2.tap … in sidebar (under gear icon) 3.observe two buttons at top of screen "SIGN IN" and "CREATE ACCOUNT"
...
Expected behaviour
these controls should probably not show up unless the user is not signed in.
Actual behaviour
SIGN in control appears when in already signed in
