Pending follow requests counter stops at 40 #1279

Steps to reproduce the problem

I redirected all followers from @Anna@masto.donte.com.br to @anna@friend.camp using the native two-way migration tool. I had hundreds of followers on the masto.donte.com.br account.

Expected behaviour

The counter should display the actual amount of pending follow requests.

Actual behaviour

The pending follow request counter stopped at 40. On the advanced interface, that's displayed as 40+ pending follow requests. On the simplified interface, it's displayed as 40 pending requests.
