Improve experience using other distro using VLC #58

I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 on Intel Skylake, GNOME X (not Wayland) on VLC.

This commits will:

  1. Disable mouse event on VLC
  2. Add network-caching argument
  3. Fullscreen w/o GUI
  4. Fixes some ts error

Cool. I'll also add another method that uses gstreamer later.
