after reboot rpi 4B shows a black screen #69

After reboot in your instruction, my rpi4B is showing just black screen, but I did the rest of steps by putty and tried to connect to wireless display but a message popped up saying that win10 couldn't connect.

Could you try a clean installation of Raspbian on another SD card? If that doesn't help, you can also try skipping the "Install NetworkManager" part (but you still need to reboot after downgrading wpa_supplicant.)
