RPI4 mouse/keyboard issues #74

RPI4 os:Raspberry Pi OS all video options work with W10 laptop and Android phone. Both devices are UIBC compatible. Mouse will work on video option "0" and "True" to Gstreamer Mouse, keyboard and touchscreen do work in raspbian.

I will work on it a little more when I have time. Pi 4 changes a couple of things and causes some weird behaviors that do not happen on Pi 3.
