I successfully used it to cast my computer's screen onto the screen connected to the Raspberry Pi.But the screen connected to the Raspberry Pi is upright.The picture only occupies a part of the middle of the screen,Is there any way to make the picture can be enlarged to the size I need, even if the display is not complete, it doesn’t matter

Adjust the resolution on the computer side. A wireless display connection is just like a wired connection to Windows and you should be able to adjust the resolution of the secondary screen in Windows.
