fix(PR): missing commits

Added parseISO and formatDistance imports from date-fns.
Modified date filtering logic to use merged_at instead of created_at for pull requests.
Changed the structure of the commits array to an items object, grouping commits by repository name.
Included html_url in the pull request data and added it to the commit information.
