Added automatic PR summary generation for GitHub and GitLab integrations. #299

Upgraded the aider-chat package to the latest version.
Implemented the generatePRSummary function to create concise summaries of pull requests using OpenAI's API.
Modified writeCodeForGithub and writeCodeForGitlab to integrate the generatePRSummary function.
Updated GitHub PR creation to include a summary comment and GitLab MR to append the summary to the description.
Instructed to install the OpenAI package for functionality.
Successfully tested and committed changes with a new feature enabling PR summary generation automatically.
