feat(PR): track merged to other branches too

Currently Homie only tracks default branch merges. This task is to track ALL merges and note which branch they were merged to.

This will let users ask things like 'get all prs merged to prod'

• [ ] save branch names
• [ ] update summary to enable specifying which branch it was merged to
• [ ] update GitHub
• [ ] update Gitlab
