Trigger website deployment on convention changes #293

Use a PAT to automatically trigger the website deploy action whenever there are changes to the convention repository.

Neat seems to work fine. We just need to make sure to keep the Token updated. I tried to set expiry to 2100, but github only allows 1 year max, so 1.1.2025 it is. I made a calendar entry, but would be cool if someone else could check/remind me just in case I forget.

I wish github had some sort of yearly issue ticket. E.g. "Every week/month/year open a ticket with the following content".
