Vastly simplify grabrepos.py and make it behave sensible
Make urls relative and set base html property (allows easy local testing)
Remove AJAX page loading (kinda pointless for such a small site IMHO and makes debugging harder)
Remove broken TOC script
Remove registration for non existing service worker
Remove extra comma after maintainers list

@Tieske Please build and verify this local if possible. I did a bunch of moving around and I wanna make sure I didn't brake/miss any page.

I haven't ben able to verify locally, but all seems legit to me. I think we can merge, if it doesn't work we can always revert and re-render the site.
