fix for rock5b v1.3 #10

Fix the location of modules on rock5b v1.3. Create a new button momentary_4.5x3.5x2.5_90. Use audio_micro as fan header because this need an opening on the case.

The momentary buttons of v1.3 have different locations compared with those of v1.42. The former height of the hdmi is a little lower so I use a file to fix that: Cache_31ca2b434a56d71d
