1) Fixed the NullReferenceException error that prevented buttons from being highlighted when in doorwarp (or warp-only) mode with AlwaysToggleAll active
2) Put Waterways_13 into the Isma's Grove area
3) Ordered the area list in doorwarp in a more sensible way (to keep areas with their sub-areas)
