Given a diagram of dimension at least 3, it is common that many intuitively valid isotopy moves are not actually permitted in the client. At least for a novice, a large portion of the difficulty of constructing an isotopy is figuring out which basic isotopy moves are allowed at each step.
It seems that some simple visual indicator (e.g. a bullet point or a highlight) on clickable regions for a legal isotopy move would go a long way towards solving this problem.
