Wires spaced too far apart #45

In some rare situations wires are being spaced too far apart, such as here:

layout_bug

The bottom-left wire should just be 1 unit to the left of its adjacent wire.

Addressed by creating a new constraint system that weakly asks for all points to be at the origin.
