homotopy core should live in its own module #64

Once it's deemed stable, it definitely ought to get its own repository. Then we can simplify the structure a little bit, and ditch yarn too (it's being used to link the packages together at the moment).

I'm happy to go ahead with this. Can you tell me exactly how this would work. I imagine that we would put the core code in /homotopy-io/core or something. How would we then tie these repositories together?
