When making a project public, the link takes a while to appear #97

I'm not sure whether the link takes a while to appear or never going to appear. I can't get it to work even after waiting for 5 minutes for a project with only 1 0-cell.

Same problem. In this case the project is bigger, but waiting for more than 20 minutes does not seem to make it appear.
