Consider adding a section to sign up for a free HNY account in each chart's readme #89

It may be helpful to have a sign-up link in the readmes for these charts. It doesn't seem inconceivable that someone might be interested in honeycomb, see if there's a helm chart published in a repository (e.g., artifacthub), and install it and then go from there. If there's a link to create a free account, that lets them do one less google query.
