docs: add distroless example #201

Which problem is this PR solving?

This provides users an example of how to set up the various components included in the honeycomb distro without using the distro.

Short description of the changes

This adds an example of using the following components with a vanilla OTel setup:

@MikeGoldsmith i bumped the dependencies in https://github.com/honeycombio/honeycomb-opentelemetry-go/pull/202 to keep it cleaner. PTAL

We're not going ahead with breaking up the distro components. Let's close this PR for now and add docs to use otel-contrib components, when available, instead.
