We are seeing re-catpcha images having multiple horizontal lines making it very difficult to read

For last couple days we have noticed that we are seeing lots of horizontal 
lines on the re-captcha images which is making it very hard to read the 
letters. Is it on purpose or our IPs being flagged?

This is issue with reCAPTCHA service, not the client plugins/libraries. Please 
check with support@recaptcha.net.
