Error: Invalid verify parameters #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on checkbox.
2. Challenge popup shows up.
3. Type bunch of "???????" in the text area in pop up dialog.
4. error on pop-up showed up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Behavior after failure is all or combination of following:
- Entering right text does not work.
- Refresh/audio button do not work. help button is fine.
- "Verify" button disables.
- Closing the verification pop up, new pop up does not show up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 36.0.1, windows 7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

This problem is not specific to firefox or windows. We had this problem a 
64-bit intel OSX mac with google chrome. The problem seemed to resolve itself 
after ~30 minutes.
