the https api si not fully consistent #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i'm using recaptcha through the https protocol.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
though i'd expect all the external links in the recaptcha div would be
through https, some of them (notably for the buttons), remained http ones.

i'm using recaptcha as is, without any user specific theme.
