Add project RPM spec file #1

The initial spec file was generated using gofed, a Fedora project tool to generate spec files from git repositories. The spec file was then changed to perform the builds correctly and had some names improved. Note that for now, the builds are bundling all dependencies. If there are any intentions of including the project into official Fedora/EPEL repositories, all project dependencies should also be packaged.

Nice! Great work!

I'll push some changes which allows me to build it with docker. Some requests:

add a default config in /etc/honeytrap.toml
add the systemd script (https://github.com/honeytrap/honeytrap-packaging/tree/master/debian/honeytrap/lib/systemd/system)
add the init script (https://github.com/honeytrap/honeytrap-packaging/blob/master/debian/honeytrap/etc/init.d/honeytrap)

And are you able to do the same for Honeytrap Agent?

I've added a README and updated the Dockerfile-centos. This should allow us to build the packages using Docker.

Branch was updated.

config file added by copying the sample config to the requested path
systemd script added as requested
Does it make sense to also package the systemV init script? (answer is yes if we want to support EPEL-6).
Builds are failing for EPEL-7, most likely due to the golang version there being 1.8. We still need to track what is breaking it though.

Also, yes, I will work on a honeytrap-agent package :)
