Add version number to bower.json #19

For version-managed bower asset load. Like https://github.com/luis-almeida/unveil/blob/master/bower.json.

The version tag is actually deprecated (https://github.com/bower/spec/blob/master/json.md#version) but nonetheless Bower lags behind, will look into this (see #21).
