Remove generic type parameter from Pipeline<T> #203

We only use Pipeline<T> in the concrete Pipeline<Jobs> case. The generic
does not help understandability.

- Containers should be general. There's no reason for the utility code to 
depend on
the Jobs class or whatever specifics of the cajoler.
