remove unnecessary context menu on the right side #11

because:

1. its common to use a long tap in other apps to do things like this
2. the button is too close to the scorllbar. so you most of the time scroll by 
mistake
3. interface gets much clearer

Thanks. I have removed the legacy quickactions popup from master. Will push an 
update soon!
