Parent-Child UI issues in IE7 #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an asset record with IE7.
2. Click the Edit button, and add one or more children to the Asset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Notice a gap between the Asset Code text field and the Lookup and Add
button. Also notice that the column that would contain the "lock" icon does
not have the row borders that the rest of the columns have.  These only
seems to happen in IE7 and IE8.  See attached screenshot.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Look to the screen. I has made changes to that and parent-child UI issue also 
has
been fixed. (revision 526)
