For some reason you can't move the image round on a mobile, either up or down! Anyone know why and how can this be fixed?

I have the same problem...I´m becoming crazy trying to move background images in mobile device...

I'm using this one now https://github.com/fengyuanchen/cropper and works perfectly for mobile.

Because this javascript libs doesn't support for touch event in mobile. I think the author need a little bit upgrade for his code.
