crank crud webapp sample does not work in Firefox #16

I've checked out Rev. 639.

Build everything with maven 2.0.7 without errors. Run the crank crud webapp
sample which works in Internet Explorer 7, but not in Firefox 2.0.0.7.

The home page appears and as soon as I try, e.g. to edit an existing record
(employee) I see a new form in Internet Explorer and a blank page showing
nothing in Firefox.

I plan on tackling this one after I get some other features / changes tested and
implemented.  I've got this working for the most part on my local copy, but 
there are
a couple of other similar issues (i.e. Javascript for enableGroups) that I need 
to
tie up with Firefox before committing the changes.
