Fix: Python package metadata is not installed by Meson #14

Our app looks up its version string from Python metadata, but when installing with Meson (triggered by flatpak-builder), this metadata was not generated.

@yochananmarqos I let you know because you are packaging CoBang for Arch & Manjaro.
