Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download FlexPaper_Zine_2.0.9-1.2.4_Customizable_UI_readonly
2. Unpack to a directory on web servers document root
3. Navigate to index_html5.html or index_html4.html in FF 18.0.2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Document should show and be readable, instead the following happens:
Thumbnails on the bottom are visible. But the main area where the document
should be is empty, there is only a button to move to the next page pointing to
the right on the left side of the viewer area.

In console there are the following errors:
index_html4.html:
TypeError: c.split is not a function
TypeError: c.nc.fadeOut is not a function

index_html5.html:
TypeError: c.split is not a function
TypeError: this.nc.find is not a function
TypeError: c.nc.fadeOut is not a function

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using FlexPaper_Zine_2.0.9-1.2.4_Customizable_UI_readonly on Windows 7. Problem
is manifesting in Firefox 18.0.2 (not tested in earlier versions). Seems to
work find in Chrome.

Please provide any additional information below.

Caused by a build issue in one of our builds. Corrected in our latest build
(2.1.0)

I've got exactly the same issue with FlexPaper_Zine_2.1.0-1.3.0_Customizable_UI
on windows 8 and firefox 19.0.2. Works fine in chrome.

In IE10 with html5 rendering the page is blocked on the "loading publication"
message.
The error message (which seems to be related to pdf.js) :
"The object does not suport the property or method « __defineSetter__ »"
