wrong starting jar file command in UG #4

in the UG, the starting command is as stated:

Team's Response

This is caused because we had to submit the final jar file for the PE in the name format specified by the course website. But, if you actually follow exactly as the instructions say (read step 2 carefully), you were supposed to download them from the latest milestone (which is v2.1 for now) in the releases section of our product website.

Even if we had uploaded the jar file with the name "[CS2113-F14-4][FinTrack].jar" on GitHub, the name would've changed by default (I think GitHub replaces the square brackets with "." in filenames). However, I do agree that the instructions here could have been a little better.
