Big5-UAO is not supported in when paste text #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Paste a text with Japanese

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unicode下的日文將不會對應到Unicode補完計畫的對應Big5位置，��
�於Mozilla 1.8的
非雙向對照表設計。（參照 bug 310299 與 
http://moztw.org/docs/big5/）

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

在修正此錯誤時需小心避免破壞到Big5-HKSCS<=>Unicode的轉換。

Unassign me as I am not good at encoding issues, If you are interesting, do it.

will be in a very low priority though.

我想我應該換句話說。
應該講未來要開放使用者選擇Big5-TW或Big5-HKSCS，所以需要考量
到這一點。
不過仔細想想目前好像沒啥關係 XD
