建议移除 https://pv.sohu.com/cityjson?ie=utf-8，返回 IP 是 127.0.0.1 #85

从这里挨个试了下 https://github.com/honwen/golibs/blob/master/cip/api.go#L15

建议移除 https://pv.sohu.com/cityjson?ie=utf-8

返回 IP 是 127.0.0.1 image

或者对于 127.0.0.1 这种本机 IP 过滤，不要再更新 aliyun
