Hue plug-in update 0.13.30 #1685

Why isn’t the Hue plug-in updated/certified within HOOBS to the latest version? We’re still stuck at 0.13.28 while there were already two new releases. 0.13.30 was published, we totally missed out on 0.13.29, what’s going on!?
