I am a new HOOBS user & I tried to install the Tesla plugin. I got the plugin installed successfully but I could not find where is the location for the config.json to edit the required configuration.

There is no config.json. You can configure the plugin from the config screen (the gear icon on the bottom left) or click the Configure button from the plugin page.
