Hoobs Box dead after one week ? #1755

Hello , I got a brand new Hoobs box and it worked for one week, today the box is not showing on my network, neither by a port scan for the IP address not as connected device in my network view from the router. Any advice before resending it please ?

same issue on my side. When restarting the box, it appears for a few minutes and then goes down
