Accessory is not found #1759

Hi I installed the RING, Nest and MyQ plug in and add them to accessories. However, I could not add them in Hime kit when scan the QR code. it say the accessory is not found. Any ideas?

Make sure your homekit device and hoobs is on the same network. Alternatively you can add the bridge via PIN manually

I tried to add bridge via PIN manually, but it did not work. it could be the issue of same network. May I know how can I ensure the HomeKit device on the same network? FYI, I have two network address and I tried both, neither one works.

Your ipad or iPhone needs to be on the same network as the HOOBS device

Thank you for your response, I have tried a few things to ensure the devices are under the same network. However, I still can not add them to HomeKit. Is there anything I can do? Are you a support from Hoobs?

Please generate a new identifier in the bridges settings and try sgain

Hi,

I tried a few things and have Ring cameras in. However, I can’t add Nest devices in HomeKit. Do you have live support? It really takes time to get back and froth an email support daily.

My device has not connected since a few days ago. I unplug and plug the power cable and ethernet cable I still could not connect. I attached the error below. Please advice.
