Plugins not using current readme and config schema from npm package #1825

Plugins are using an old version of config.schema.json and displaying an old version of readme resulting in broken state with no current readme to reference A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

4.2.5 Please include the version of HOOBS you are using.

Did you upgrade Please let us know if you upgraded from a previous version.

What device are you using? Please let us know the device you are running HOOBS on.

Additional context The deltas between desired and in use versions are visible by comparing the github.com versions with the hoobs.org version
